The state of flow, familiar to artists and creatives, transports us to a realm where incredible creations emerge effortlessly as if guided by an unseen force. It’s a profound connection to something greater than ourselves, bestowing deep meaning and purpose. Emerging from this state, we feel elevated, forever changed. It is the state of co-creation, where we become conduits for the creative intelligence of existence. Instead of resisting desires, we align with the desires existence holds for us.

This essence is known as dharma—a spontaneous harmony of right action, co-creating with existence. In this state, we become instruments of a higher intelligence, guided by spirit rather than hindering our most precious gift by self-destruction. This revelation holds profound beauty, and I hope that each listener can derive something meaningful from it. Shifting our perspective in this way can resolve numerous challenges in life.

The concept of vibration is a recurring theme in ancient texts like the Vedas and yogic philosophies, as well as in the realm of quantum physics. Though everyday objects may not appear to vibrate, the yogic perspective asserts that everything in the universe is an expression of vibration—a divine dance where Shiva and Shakti infuse primordial energy. Likewise, string theory discusses vibrations at the atomic and subatomic levels. Drawing parallels between the vibrations explored by quantum physicists and those of our own existence can yield a deeper comprehension of reality’s nature.

It seems you are describing the concept of vibration and its correlation with the fundamental fabric of reality. String theory posits that all particles are manifestations of vibrating strings, and reality’s foundational essence is energy, not mere particles. In the tantric tradition, this energy is described as the pulsations of Shakti, while the Patanjali Yoga Sutra refers to it as the base vibration.

Sound plays a pivotal role in yogic practices, as it has the power to shift vibrations and induce transformations in our emotional, mental, and physical states. By working with the vibrations of our chakras, we can reshape our experience of reality. These shifts are not merely subjective, but can be verified through personal observation and regarded as a form of science.

It is essential to recognize that everything in the universe, including our thoughts and emotions, is an event—a vibration within our field of consciousness. By engaging with these vibrations intentionally, we can alter our reality and find inspiration in our lives.

Transcending the state of isolation, which arises from an imbalance in the chakra system, entails addressing the root chakra’s fear of being alone and allowing Shakti to ascend to the third eye through kriya. The alga Tetra symbolizes unity, often synonymous with love. However, our tradition is not fixated on attaining a specific goal, such as enlightenment. Instead, we strive for the evolution of yoga, better understood as living enlightenment. This notion recognizes that there is no singular destination or waiting room to reach, as if pursuing a raise or a soulmate. Rather, living enlightenment unfolds as an ever-expanding awareness, moving from unity to unity, from love to love. Our evolution is not a journey from lack to abundance, but from wholeness to wholeness.

Our universe exemplifies this principle from our limited vantage point. We observe an infinite and expanding cosmos, a profound paradox that bewilders the mind. Yet, as within, so without—just as the universe is boundless and continually expanding, we too can experience limitless evolution. The ultimate sense of wholeness is not achieved by transitioning from lack to abundance, but by moving from wholeness to wholeness, from love to love. This is the essence of life. Our purpose is not to strive for a distant nirvana, as heaven resides within us, already accessible through our consciousness. Everything we require is present within. Letting go of attachment to suffering and embracing our awareness allows us to step into higher levels of consciousness. The Trinity of Yoga encompasses the state, practice, and experience of yoga. It is vital to understand that the term “yoga” extends beyond physical poses like Downward Dog.

In a romantic relationship, finding a soulmate is not the culmination but rather the commencement of a journey. Love is not a destination; it is an integral part of the voyage. Continual growth and evolution together are paramount. Similarly, when it comes to enlightenment, it is easy to become fixated on pursuing mystical powers and experiences such as levitation and manifestation. Although these abilities may seem like ego traps, there are valuable lessons to be gleaned from them.

In “Autobiography of a Yogi,” the concept of quantum physics is explored, revealing how yogis who have attained heightened awareness can manipulate the world around them in ways that appear magical to others. It is akin to perceiving the underlying code of the Matrix and skillfully manipulating it through elevated consciousness. Animals may perceive the world differently than humans—what seems magical to them, like a flashlight’s beam, is comprehensible to humans as a simple tool. Similarly, with heightened awareness and understanding, we can perform actions that seem miraculous to others, yet they are part of our expanded consciousness.

Indeed, a miracle is essentially the gap between our current knowledge and what we have yet to learn. It represents knowledge not yet acquired. In spiritual traditions, this is referred to as “siddhi.” Siddhi is believed to arise from “sadhana,” which encompasses spiritual practice and tuning, akin to tuning a musical instrument. Through sadhana, as we attune our instrument, we gain clarity and become more receptive to our surroundings. When someone speaks a language unknown to us, it may appear miraculous, but as we become familiar with it, it becomes natural. This level of attunement transforms what was once perceived as miraculous into an ordinary aspect of life.

Observing a master musician playing an instrument can seem magical to us, as we admire their skill and yearn to reach their level. However, to them, it represents a higher level of practice. This is where the concept of genius arises—the ability to express complexity with elegant simplicity, effortlessly. When we witness a genius in action, we perceive an absence of effort, an air of ease. It is the mark of a true master, plugged into a deeper realm of creativity and expression. The cities described in spiritual traditions manifest from this level of attunement, and when masters demonstrate them, it serves as an illustration of what is possible, rather than an encouragement to pursue them. Ultimately, there is only one miracle—the miracle of existence itself—unfolding ceaselessly around us, in every moment. I am thrilled to share this awe-inspiring journey with you!
