This letter is a crucial part of assessing your alignment with the program’s objectives and your long-term artistic aspirations. Below, we provide guidelines on the specific points your letter should address:

Why Would You Like to Learn the SEED-ART?

  • Explain your interest in merging traditional artistic methods with modern technology.
  • Discuss your passion for transforming 2D artwork into 3D experiences and how this aligns with your artistic goals.

What Do You Expect From This Learning Experience?

  • Describe the skills and knowledge you hope to gain through our program.
  • Outline how you believe this program will help you grow personally and professionally.

What Do You See Yourself Doing After You Graduate?

  • Share your vision for your career or artistic endeavors post-graduation.

Portfolio Submission

Submission of Artwork Portfolio:

As part of your application to the SEED-ART program, we request that you submit a portfolio showcasing your artistic achievements. This portfolio should include images of up to 10 pieces of art that you have created in the last two years.

Guidelines for Portfolio Submission:

  • Number of Pieces: Include up to 10 images of your artwork.
  • Artwork Date: Ensure all pieces were created within the last two years.
  • Image Quality: Images should be high-resolution and clearly depict your artwork.
  • Diversity: Try to include a variety of mediums or styles if applicable, to demonstrate your range and versatility.
  • File Format: Submit your images in JPEG or PNG format.
  • File Naming: Label each file with your name, the title of the artwork, and the date of creation.

Purpose of the Portfolio: Your portfolio will help us better understand your artistic style, technical skills, and creative direction. This is your chance to impress the panel with your creativity and dedication to art.

Submission Instructions: Please upload your portfolio through the application link provided during your registration. After your payment is processed, you will need to create an account and complete your profile, which will remain active until August 31st. Here, you can create your account and upload your images and any other media you wish to share with us. This process will also grant you access to all features on our platform. Should your application be approved, your account will continue as a valued member of our academy. Ensure that all files are correctly formatted and named as specified.

Review and Assessment: The admissions committee will review your portfolio along with your quiz responses and letter of interest. Together, these materials will form the basis of our assessment of your suitability for the SEED-ART program.
