Eligibility and Participation Requirements:

• Open to: Artists and galleries representing artists from around the globe, aged 21+.
• Specialization: Open to traditional and digital artists, as well as those interested in integrating cutting-edge technology (AR, VR, AI).

Participation Fee and Exhibition Options:

• Virtual Gallery Participation Fee: $9,500
  Includes:
  • Touchscreen Display On-Site: Your work will be showcased on a door-size touchscreen at the event venue, attended by an assistant to engage with visitors and collectors. The assistant will help connect visitors with you virtually, or you can be present in person to interact with them directly.
  • Virtual Gallery Creation Service: We provide the complete creation of your virtual gallery, designed to showcase your work in a digital 3D space. This service includes converting your 2D artworks into 3D AR models, integrating them into your VR Art Fair gallery, and customizing the virtual gallery to match your artistic vision.
  • Gallery Name Signage: Your virtual gallery will be displayed with your gallery name signage.
  • Unique URL: Linked to your personal or gallery website, allowing easy access for potential collectors and visitors.
  • Up to 30 Artwork Conversions: Your submitted 2D artworks (pictures) will be transformed into 3D AR models for enhanced viewing in your own 3D VR Art Gallery.
  • Free Beta Plan for One Year: Access to Artrade.club’s Beta Plan for one year, which includes a digital profile, marketing support, and VR hosting.

Application Process:

Application Deadline: November 8th, 2024

To participate, create an account on Artrade.club. Once registered, you will be prompted to upload your artwork to the platform for the VORTEX ART MIAMI BEACH 2024 event.

Artwork Submission: You will need to upload up to 15 high-resolution images (max 1MB per image) of your work in JPEG format or provide media URLs for video and music.

We will convert your selected works into 3D AR models and integrate them into your personal VR Gallery, which will be part of the VR Art Fair connected to this event.

Virtual Exposure: As part of our marketing efforts, your gallery will be featured during Miami Art Week and in our global campaign for virtual exhibitions.

Artwork Submission Requirements:

• Artist’s Biography: Write a short biography of up to 1,500 characters, detailing your background and artistic journey.
• Artist’s Statement: A written piece of up to 3,000 characters explaining your creative process and the significance of your work.
• Images: Up to 30 images of your work for display (JPEG format, reduced to 1MB).
• Media Files: Provide URLs for any videos or music that support your work (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, or SoundCloud).
• Profile Utilization: Your Artrade.club profile will function as your personal website, which you can update, share, and use for future exhibitions.

Marketing and Exposure:

• Year-Round Exposure: Your virtual gallery will be actively marketed during Miami Art Week and throughout the year during our continued immersive experiences held every six weeks both locally and globally.
• 1:1 Artist Interviews: You will have a chance to conduct 1:1 interviews with media and press outlets, gaining personal exposure during the event.
• Global Event Exposure: VORTEX ART will also exhibit in other major art capitals like New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Dubai, Seoul, Tokyo, and Sydney in 2025. Your gallery will benefit from these international opportunities as we continue to expand the event’s footprint.
