The Vortex Artec Expo is an immersive, cutting-edge fusion of art and technology, bringing together AR, VR, AI-driven art installations, and live performances in a spectacular beachfront setting during Miami Beach Art Week. This event serves as the inaugural exhibition for Nems Academy, where we integrate art and technology education to nurture the next generation of creative minds. With participation from global art collectors, tech innovators, and luxury brands, the Expo presents a unique opportunity for attendees to experience the future of digital artistry and innovation, all while enjoying the stunning ocean views of Miami Beach.

6:00 pm – 6:30 pm: Arrival & VIP Reception Begin your evening with an exclusive VIP reception, where you will be warmly welcomed into a world of luxury, art, and innovation. Your private lounge and beachfront seating, reserved for your party, will offer an impeccable vantage point for the night’s immersive experiences. With only 134 exclusive seats available for the immersive screenings, multiple projections will be shown, while a curated selection of dining, entertainment, and live performances continue throughout the evening for all guests to enjoy.
6:30 pm – 8:30 pm: Cocktail Hours with Sponsors & Esteemed Guests Engage with the most influential figures in art, technology, and culture, including Miami Beach’s Mayor, members of the Art & Culture Council, Art Basel curators, museum directors, art gallery owners, and top media producers. This is an unparalleled opportunity to connect with leaders from the creative and tech worlds, all while enjoying a sophisticated cocktail reception.
As you network and socialize, savor an exquisite array of gourmet hors d’oeuvres, passed elegantly by our staff, each bite prepared by one of Miami’s top chefs. Throughout the space, LED screens will offer dynamic, visually captivating presentations, spotlighting our esteemed sponsors, thanking them for their support, and showcasing their influence in the worlds of art and technology.
To elevate the mood, a live DJ will provide a sophisticated soundtrack, setting the perfect atmosphere for the evening’s mix of creativity, luxury, and celebration.
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm: First Immersive Projection Screening The evening’s first screening will transport attendees into a mesmerizing world of visual art and cutting-edge technology. Guests seated for this immersive projection will experience the seamless fusion of art and innovation from the comfort of their reserved VIP areas, enjoying a truly transformative display of light, sound, and narrative.
Ongoing Entertainment & Experiences During Projections: As projections run throughout the evening, the atmosphere outside the screening area remains vibrant and engaging. Guests not attending the screening will be treated to live performances, including an exclusive demonstration of the Seed Art technique, an artistic breakthrough where organic creativity meets advanced technological processes.
The evening will also feature a silent auction, offering rare and exclusive artworks, luxury experiences, and coveted items, with all proceeds supporting the NEMS Foundation. For those looking to indulge further, a gourmet dining experience will be served throughout the evening, accompanied by open bar service, ensuring that the night remains one of indulgence and artistic discovery.
8:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Second Immersive Projection Screening For those unable to attend the first screening, the second showing will offer another chance to immerse themselves in the stunning projection. Whether it’s your first or second experience, the projection promises to captivate with its artistic beauty and technical brilliance.
8:30 pm – 10:30 pm: Open Bar & Gourmet Buffet with Passing Trays As the evening progresses, indulge in a lavish open bar featuring a curated selection of premium spirits, fine wines, and signature cocktails. A gourmet buffet of the finest culinary delights will be served, with passing trays offering delicacies ranging from freshly prepared seafood to innovative artisanal dishes. 10:30 pm: Spectacular Fireworks Display As the night culminates, a breathtaking fireworks display will light up the Miami Beach sky, creating a radiant spectacle reflected on the ocean below. This dazzling display will mark the perfect end to an extraordinary evening, providing an unforgettable moment of beauty, celebration, and artistic brilliance.
10:30 pm – 11:59 pm: Late-Night DJ & Beachfront Celebration After the fireworks, the celebration continues with an exclusive late-night DJ set, transforming the beachfront into a chic, high-energy party space. Guests will enjoy an open bar and mingle with fellow VIPs, art enthusiasts, and industry influencers in a vibrant atmosphere, where creativity, luxury, and fun intersect. Set against the backdrop of the ocean and the stars, the night flows into an unforgettable conclusion filled with dancing, conversation, and shared experiences.
