Curatorial Vision for VORTEX: Artist Participation We’re thrilled to invite visionaries to showcase their work in the immersive, transformative environment of VORTEX. Here’s what to know: Curatorial Process & Participation: All exhibitors will go through a curatorial process to align with the VORTEX theme, ensuring their work resonates with our vision for an immersive experience. Who We Welcome: Open to all visionaries—artists, gallery owners, musicians, VJs, DJs, vocalists, performers, and filmmakers, across artistic disciplines. We celebrate and showcase your work, honoring the creativity and effort behind it for maximum visibility within our context. Unique Display Options:

      • 360° Projection: Digital creators can showcase films in a fully immersive 360° format.
      • All media broadcasted on-going over 15 hours daily on 13′ LED screen for Show-Off
      • Physical Installations: Fine art may be displayed on walls or through alternative hanging methods. We prefer unframed, unstretched art, keeping it clean and raw—such as clipped to a cord in a spiral arrangement for an organic feel.

The VORTEX ARTEC EXPO offers artists from all disciplines the opportunity to showcase their full body of work, whether in 3D, or Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) formats on-site and online. This is an event by artists, for artists, curated to captivate art lovers and seekers of high-level emotions through an immersive, cutting-edge environment. Select your door-size touchscreen by hovering over the layout below. We offer twenty large touchscreens, one 3D VR AR Art Gallery by Artist, and one touchscreen by Gallery. When your 3D Art Gallery is set, you must upload your Artwork (pictures), description, and info before  November 1st, 2025. High Exposure Inside the Dome:
Your video, or your digital Art will be prominently displayed on a 13 feet digital screen inside the dome, ensuring high visibility. It will play intermittently between immersive projections, giving your artwork repeated exposure throughout the event. Additionally, your 3D artwork will be featured in a 20-minute loop on ourn13 feet LED screen in the dome, guaranteeing even more attention in a high-traffic, central location.

  • 15-Minute Curated Presentation:
    Before each main projection inside the dome, a 15-minute curated presentation will guide visitors through your video, or your digital Art on display, explaining the importance of digital art, even if it represents physical artwork, in the evolving world of art and technology. Visitors will also be able to scan a QR code to easily purchase it online, allowing for direct engagement and ownership.
  • Featured in Our VR Gallery:
    Beyond the physical space, your video, or your digital Art will also be part of our immersive Inside-Out VR Gallery, allowing visitors to experience your artwork in virtual reality.     • Layout Approval: A layout with your artwork must be provided for approval by November 1st latest. You are required to select the partition that is more suitable for your artwork and provide the images and the layout of the artwork you intend to showcase at the exhibition.
    • Our Marketing is attached to Miami Art Week, and we are an officially selected Art and Culture presenter of the City of Miami Beach. Selected artists will have a 1:1 interview with the media and press and will be featured on our platform with a one-year free subscription as our featured artists throughout the year. This event will take place in Dec 4-7, 2025 and will continue to exhibit in NYC in May and in Paris in October. As a satellite for art weeks, we intend to move forward next to NYC, Chicago, LA, then Paris, Dubai, Seoul, Tokyo, Sydney, and more. Wherever there are women in art, we will be there to provide our support.
